Industrial Commercial Properties LLC (ICP) recently signed a lease with IDI Distributors at the new Hazelwood Business Park in Hazelwood, Missouri.
Headquartered in Chanhassen, Minnesota, IDI Distributors is an insulation distribution company that supplies insulation productts. It has operated for more than 40 years.
ICP has been working with Dan Lesinski and Billy Spence of St. Louis-based Newmark Zimmer to lease Hazelwood Business Park. The park can accommodate tenants from 30,000 to 700,000 square feet.
