Industrial Commercial Properties welcomed LSI Industries to one of the company’s recently acquired properties on Boyer Parkway in Akron, Ohio.
LSI Industries celebrated the grand-opening of its Akron facility at 5127 Boyer Parkway on July 21 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. LSI relocated from its North Canton, Ohio, location, a property that LSI recently sold.
Led by senior project manager Mike Shanahan, Industrial Commercial Properties worked closely with LSI to coordinate a state-of-the-art buildout of the 46,360-square-foot facility.
Michelle Nicolson-Corpas, sales and leasing associate at Industrial Commercial Properties, represented the developer on the project.
Tim Breckner of Colliers International represented LSI in the transaction.
