Lee & Associates has closed an industrial lease renewal and expansion on a 59,923-square-foot industrial space located at 2570 Northwest Parkway in Elgin, Illinois.
Steve Bass, senior vice president, and John Sharpe, principal, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Stockbridge Realty Group. John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Exhibit Fabrications, Inc.
