PREMIER Design + Build, LLC has completed the construction of Bridge Point McCook II for Bridge Development Partners, LLC. The 226,196-square-foot, state-of-the-art industrial facility is located at 8401 W. 47th Street in McCook, Illinois.
Building envelope materials consist of load-bearing, precast wall panels, a 45-mil fully ballasted EPDM roofing system and glass and glazing at the office entryway. A new detention basin for storm water management has also been constructed.
The facility, which can accommodate up to four tenants, features 32 foot clear-height warehouse spaces, 34 exterior truck dock positions, four drive-in doors, an ESFR sprinkler system and 1600 amp, 277/480 volt electrical service. In addition, tenants can use a new lot with 11 trailer and 219 car stalls.
