Middletown, Ohio-based Industrial Property Brokers recently closed the sale of a 7,600-square-foot industrial property in Middletown.
R Z Auto Parts will occupy the facility, one that sits on more than three acres. The new location will support existing automobile-related operations at adjacent facilities and will repair and sell used auto parts.
RZ Auto Parts plans on hiring an additional three employees in the future to support the new operations.
Both the buyer and seller were represented by Craig Hughes of Industrial Property Brokers.
