Dynarex, a manufacturer of disposable medical products, recently acquired a 50,000-square-foot distribution center in Ada, Ohio. This New York Company’s growth during the last seven years meant that the company needed to add a new distribution center to its portfolio of properties.
“Value, value, value is what drove the transaction to Ada, Ohio,” said Tim Echemann with Sidney, Ohio-based Industrial Property Brokers, who represented Dynarex. “Dynarex had been looking for a distribution center in Ohio for over a year, and narrowed its search to Ada because of the availability of a high-value distribution center at a reasonable cost.”
The facility was originally constructed by the City of Ada in 1999 to attract new business to the community.
Industrial Property Brokers, LLC also represented the seller, which priced the building to sell. The property was on the market for just nine months before Industrial Property Brokers produced a buyer.
“As 2011 begins, and the economy continues to improve, we are able to offer a number of excellent opportunities such as this in Northwest Ohio,” Echemann said.
