Construction has begun on an office/retail spec building on Vandemark Road in Sidney, Ohio.
The new building, being built in the Echo Business Center, will sit next to the Area Wireless and Allergy Asthma Center building.
Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers is managing the marketing of the new building.
The new building will bring 7,000 square feet of office/retail space to the market.
