Findlay, Ohio-based Ohio Logistics, a provider of warehousing and transportation, is expanding and moving into the g2 revolution building in Findlay.
Tim Echemann of Sidney, Ohio-based Industrial Property Brokers, represented both parties in this lease transaction.
Ohio Logistics will occupy 61,512 square feet of the facility. Tour de Force CRM also recently moved into the facility, taking 12,500 square feet of office space. The building is now fully leased.
