Ross Sanders joined CBRE Capital Markets’ National Senior Housing Investment Sales Practice as first vice president. He is based in St. Louis.
Sanders will work with Lisa Widmer, Matthew Whitlock and Aron Will to expand the firm’s platform in the Americas.
Sanders joins CBRE from American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, a New York-based public non-traded real estate trust. He led the seniors housing acquisitions team as vice president.
