Ellen Mannion has joined St. Louis-based commercial brokerage and development firm Balke Brown & Associates as vice president of commercial brokerage.
In her new position, Mannion will specialize in the sales and leasing of office and retail properties in the St. Louis and Illinois market. She brings more than 25 years experience as an office and retail broker.
During her career, Mannion has worked on such high-profile leasing and development assignments as the Saint Louis Galleria, Chesterfield Mall, Ladue Crossing, Centene Plaza, CityPlace and Gateway One on the Mall. She has also represented national tenants such as Build-A-Bear Workshop, Lucy Activewear and Track ‘N Trail.
