Joseph Martanovic has been promoted to head of the industrial group at Cleveland’s Ostendorf-Morris.
Martanovic began his career at the company as vice president of commercial leasing and property management. He then moved into the industrial brokerage department, where he has consistently ranked as a top producer.
In the 1980s, Martanovic and two colleagues served as the acquisition agents for the Greater Cleveland Domed Stadium Corporation in assembling 43 parcels of land in downtown Cleveland for Jacob’s Field and Gund Arena.
