Commercial real estate veteran Don Land recently joined St. Louis-based Cushman & Wakefield/Gateway Commercial as a senior director. Land is also the head of the company’s new Investment Properties & Assets Resolution Group.
The new practice group makes Gateway one of only a few fully integrated firms based in St. Louis that possess full-service capabilities in investment and institutional property management, leasing and asset distribution.
The new company will serve institutional commercial real estate owners, lenders, life insurance companies and public and private investors to help them maximize the value of their real estate holdings through the disposition process.
The new division will also help clients handle the disposition of their troubled and distressed commercial properties.
