Bob Dean has been promoted to president of Omaha-based Seldin Company.
Dean, who has worked with Seldin since 1991, previously served as the company’s executive vice president.
Under Dean’s leadership, Seldin Company’s residential portfolio has grown substantially, including a growth rate of 18 percent in 2012 when the company added 1,900 apartment units.
Dean is a past president of the Affordable Housing Management Association of Iowa and Nebraska.
