Michelle Needles recently joined Chicago-based Studley as a director with the firm’s Strategic Portfolio Solutions Group.
Needles will work with the firm’s national transaction management team, providing multi-market transaction services to corporate clients. She will be based in the company’s Chicago office.
“Michelle is an expert at working with large occupiers – defining their space needs and executing creative transactions that benefit occupancy strategies,” said Thomas Bogle, executive vice president and group leader for the Strategic Portfolio Solutions group. “She is well respected by clients and colleagues alike, and we are confident that her results-driven approach will prove beneficial for our contract-based, portfolio clients.”
