John Fricke has joined the Southfield, Michigan-based office of Colliers International as executive vice president. He brings more than 30 years of experience to his new position.
Before joining Colliers, Fricke served as a founding principal of the office division at Signature Associates, where he spent the last 26 years. He has a background in the educational, medical, financial service, automotive supplier, reseach and technology sectors.
Fricke has experience, too, on agency side assignments, including representing ownership of the Fairlane Mall in Dearborn, Michigan, on a 240,000-square-foot lease with Ford Motor Company.
