Steven Palec, formerly with The Polacheck Company and CB Richard Ellis, recently joined CresaPartners‘ Milwaukee office as president and managing principal.

With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Palec has been involved in many of the most prominent office transactions in Southeastern Wisconsin. Having served as senior vice president at The Polacheck Company and CB Richard Ellis, Palec brings unparalleled knowledge and insight into landlord issues and tenant advocacy.
