Minneapolis-based Dougherty & Company recently hired veteran investment banker David Mullen as a senior vice president in public finance.
Mullen brings more than 25 years of financing experience, including serving on the board of the Minneapolis YMCA Camp Warren, 13 years as a managing director in the public finance department at a national investment banking firm and time as senior vice president and manager of the public finance department of another national investment bank.
