Manish Gandhi recently joined the Indianapolis office of Minneapolis-based Opus Development as a senior project manager.
Gandhi joined Opus Development Corp. from Capital Construction Services, Inc. where he had served as a vice president responsible for construction activities, business development, estimating and construction operations. He has previously held leadership and management positions at Panattoni Construction, Duke Realty and Pepper Construction.
“Manish brings us proven expertise in development, land acquisition, pre-construction services and construction operations spanning a broad range of building types, including office, industrial, healthcare and retail,” said John Cumming, vice president of real estate development with Opus. “He will be a valuable addition to the team we are building to serve the Indianapolis and wider region.”
Gandhi has served in management and leadership roles on multiple development and construction projects in the central Indiana region, including Southport Crossing, St. Vincent Medical Office Building, St. Mary’s Medical Center, City Center at Penn and the headquarters for SMC Corporation of America.
