Bruce Engelhardt recently joined Columbus, Ohio-based CASTO‘s property management team. His primary focus will be on a retail portfolio totaling nearly 1.8 million square feet of shop space.
Engelhardt previously worked with companies including Glimcher, Prime Retail and Continental. Most recently, he was group manager of the Open-Air Division at Jones Lang LaSalle, and is the reigning National Property Manager of the Year for that company, as selected by his superiors and clients.
“Bruce’s unique skills in marketing and experience with institutional clients will add a great deal of depth to our team,” said Larry Schwenker, vice president of commercial property management at CASTO.
