A multifamily industry veteran has launched an investment real estate services firm in Grand Rapids to serve Michigan apartment owners.
Matt Jones, president, of the newly formed Beacon Realty Group, LLC, has spent the last seven years of his career based in Chicago focused on the disposition of mid-market apartment buildings, most recently as managing director of a leading multifamily brokerage firm.
“The growth in West Michigan, particularly Grand Rapids, makes this an exciting time to launch Beacon Realty Group,” Jones said. “We’re excited to become a part of this community and bring our knowledge, track record, and contacts to this market.”
The firm is headquartered in the Ledyard Building, in downtown Grand Rapids.
