Seven commercial real estate veterans have formed a new commercial real estate firm in St. Louis, Center Commercial Real Estate.
Brian Kelley will lead the new office as managing director. Previously, the office served as an affiliate of Avison Young.
“Our team is very excited to take this next step,” Kelley said. “Our goal is to approach each assignment with a multi-disciplined, transaction-specific strategy offering decades of experience to facilitate the goals of the landlords, tenants and investors we represent.”
Industry veterans joining Kelley on the Center Commercial Real Estate team are Tim Convy, Susan Finney, Steve Stradal, George Convy, Gerard Mudd and Kevin Farrell. A support staff of Kelly Naydenov and research assistant Miguel Garcia has also joined the team.
Center CRE holds licenses in the states of Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.
