Scarbrough Industrial Park in Piqua, Ohio, has its newest tenant, meaning that the park is now fully leased. The park’s owner, John Scarbrough, is even planning to build a spec building at the park.
The new tenant occupying 48,600 square feet of space is Industrial Spring Company.
Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers represented the owner in the transaction that brought Industrial Spring Company to the park.
