An affiliate of Inland National Development Company, LLC announced the sale of Ogden Hill East, an 8,050-square-foot, multi‑tenant retail building in the Ogden Hill Shopping Center at 1060 Ogden Ave. in Montgomery, Illinois.
Delivered in July 2017, Ogden Hill East is a 100 percent occupied neighborhood retail property anchored by a drive‑thru Dunkin’. Additional tenants include Valley View Dental, European Wax Center and Lili’s Nails, all of which are open and operating.
The property is located within the premiere Route 34 commercial corridor, Kendall County’s largest shopping area. Situated at the busiest corner in the Oswego/Montgomery trade area, the property features strong visibility along Ogden Avenue and convenient access to nearby residential communities.
The disposition reflects the sale of a single stabilized retail asset. INDC continues to own other commercial and land holdings in the Montgomery market.
The sale of Ogden Hill East follows an INDC affiliate’s disposition of a separate land parcel within the Ogden Hill Shopping Center in October 2025, further advancing the company’s long‑term vision for the site.
