Milwaukee’s Inland Companies recently helped Allium IT lease 2,468 square feet of office space in the Crossroads XIV business park in Waukesha, Wis.
Joe Lak and Lyle Landowski, both with Inland Companies, brokered this transaction.
The company also assisted Techskills, LLC in leasing 5,526 square feet of office space in Executive Center VI in Brookfield, Wis. Lake and Dan Wroblewski brokered the deal for Inland.
