Steve Sewart and Tom Shepherd, with Milwaukee’s Inland Companies, brokered the transaction.
In another deal brokere by Inland, Bay Towel, Inc. leased 6,863 square feet of industrial space in New Berlin, Wis.
Ryan Kopp and Mike Wanezek, both from Inland Companies, brokered this deal.
