Milwaukee’s Inland Companies recently completed several lease transactions.
Lightning Lighting has leased 2,250 square feet of industrial space in West Allis, Wis. Ryan Kopp and Jim Larkin with Inland Companies brokered the deal.
JJ Chen’s Kitchen has leased 1,260 square feet of retail space in Oakridge Square also located in West Allis. Russ Sagmoen with Inland Companies brokered the deal.
Emory & Co, LLC has leased 3,340 square feet of office space in 250 Plaza located in Milwaukee. Inland’s Dan Wroblewski and Lyle Landowski brokered the deal.
Wealthcare Financial has leased 441 square feet of office space in the Bayshore Town Center located in Glendale, Wis. Wroblewski also brokered this deal.
