Milwaukee’s Inland Companies recently closed several Wisconsin commercial deals.
Crisis Prevention Institute leased 7,300 square feet of warehouse space in Park Place Technology Center A in Milwaukee. Steve Sewart and Jim Larkin, both with Inland Companies, brokered the deal.
Home Free Systems has leased 9,814 square feet of flex space in the West Bay Commerce Center in Mequon, Wis. Inland’s Mike Wanezek and Larkin closed the deal.
Sojourner Peace Center has leased 11,450 square feet of office space in the Germania Building in Milwaukee. Wanezek brokered the deal for Inland Companies.
