Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions Inc. has announced the sales of the Hartford Plaza retail center in Naperville for $4.52 million and a multifamily property in Chicago Heights for $730,000.
Hartford Plaza is a 43,762-square-foot retail center located at the high-traffic corner of 75th Street and Rickert Drive in Naperville. The center is 100 percent leased with long-term tenants, including The Tile Shop, Nancy’s Pizza and Buffalo Wings & Rings.
Richard Kehoe, senior vice president, and Robert Wall, senior broker, both of Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions, represented the seller in the sale of Hartford Plaza.
The second completed sale involved a 12-unit, multifamily property located at 10500 S. Parkside in Chicago Heights. The building features nine two-bedroom/one-bath units, two one-bedroom/one-bath units, one three-bedroom/two-bath unit and 18 on-site parking spaces.
