Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions, Inc. has appointed two industry veterans to the company’s senior management team. William Dozier Jr. has been appointed broker associate and Eric Wojnicki has joined the firm as broker associate.
In his new role, Dozier will focus his activities on business-oriented operating real estate such as self-storage facilities, restaurants and various corporate-owned real estate assets.
Wojnicki will be responsible for business development of specialized, trophy residential properties for traditional and accelerated sales, as well as a concentration of business development in Florida.
