Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Consulting, Inc. announced the appointment of Les Sweetow as head of the client Strategy & Research division. In this role, Sweetow will be exclusively responsible for the development of the division and its client support service initiatives.
Sweetow has more than 20 years of professional experience spanning brokerage-related transactional experience, business formation and strategic management.
His recent focus has been in the area of statistical analysis to include the collection and synthesis of data into actionable strategies with particular emphasis on the ownership and management of commercial real estate, financial modeling and predictive analytics. Prior to joining Inland Brokerage & Consulting, he worked at Applied Realty Analytics of Chicago, a company he founded.
Sweetow holds a Master’s degree in financial mathematics from the University of Chicago and has a professional certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center (MIT) for Real Estate – Professional Development Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
He is a licensed real estate broker and continuing education instructor in Illinois and Arizona. Sweetow is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Illinois Association of REALTORS®, Chicago Association of REALTORS®, National Association for Business Economics and the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association.
