InSite Real Estate announced the following recently completed transactions.

InSite Completes 4,000 SF Sleepy’s Build-to-Suit in Joliet, IL

InSite Real Estate completed a 4,000 SF single-tenant building for Sleepy’s, an InSite build-to-suit program client, at Essington Road and 16th Street in Joliet, IL. Sleepy’s is a privately-owned, fourth-generation company with over 900 retail locations in 17 states.

InSite Signs 7,500 SF Industrial Lease with ServPro in Chicago, IL

InSite Real Estate signed a 7,500 SF long-term lease with ServPro at 4100 West 76th Street, a 796,454 SF industrial building owned by InSite in Chicago, IL. The ServPro Franchise System is a national leader and provider of fire and water cleanup and restoration services, and mold mitigation and remediation.
