Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap specializing in serving institutional and major private real estate investors, recently closed the sale of the Victoria Retirement Community and the Victory Park Nursing Home in Norwood, Ohio.
The two properties sold for a total of $14.5 million.
Mark Myers, Joshua Jandris, Charles Hilding, Stan Falk, Joel Dumes, Steve Anevski and Peyton Stanforth represented the seller, a private family investment group. Myers, Jandris, Hilding and Stanforth also located the buyer.
Victoria Retirement Community, built in 1991, contains a mix of 90 skilled nursing beds and 68 assisted living beds. Victory Park Nursing Home was built in 1965 and expanded in 1989. It contains 55 skilled nursing beds.
