Integra Realty Resources, a real estate valuation and consulting firm, has expanded its Detroit team with two new hires. Certified commercial real estate appraisers George Parnell and Christopher Cichocki have joined the company’s Detroit office as analysts.
Parnell brings expertise in the valuation of a wide range of commercial properties, including apartments, office buildings, retail facilities, mixed-use, industrial and vacant parcels. Before joining Integrity Realty Resources, Parnell worked as an appraiser for the Pittsburgh office of Newmark Knight Frank’s Valuation & Advisory Practice.
Cichocki has completed appraisal reports across a wide range of commercial properties, including vacant land, office, medical office, warehouse and distribution facilities, net leases, retail, shopping centers, multifamily resident, self-storage facilities and gas stations. He previously served as senior appraiser with BBG, Inc.
