Integra Realty Resources expanded its Midwest footprint, opening its second loal office in Missouri, IRR-Kansas City.
Bradley Schopp, who serves as executive director of IRR’s St. Louis office, is opening the new Kansas City office. He is doing this along with Brock Heyde, who joins IRR as senior managing director. Julie Grantham, an experienced commercial real estate appraiser, is also joining IRR-Kansas City as managing director.
The IRR-Kansas City office is located at 1100 Main St., Suite 400, in Kansas CIty, Missouri. It is the 10th Midwest office for the company, and IRR’s 58th office across the country.
Before joining IRR, Heyde served nearly a decade as a director for Valbridge Property Advisors’ Kansas City office. Active in industry associations, Heyde serves on the board of directors of the Kansas City Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and recently served on the institute’s Leadership Development and Advisory Council.
Grantham brings more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate aprpaisal, appraisal review and consulting to her new position. Before joining IRR, she served as principal of an appraisal firm that she founded, JA Grantham & Associates. She previously served as senior appraiser for more than 15 years with Bliss Associates, LLC, a Kansas City regional real estate valuation firm.
