Intelica CRE’s Joel Meyer assisted the owner at 3165 McKelvey Road in Bridgeton, Missouri, in finding a new medical tenant, AIM Laboratories.
The building had sat with no leasing activity for five years. New ownership, though, recently took over the property. Meyer and the ownership group were able to craft an attractive offer to AIM.
3165 McKelvey Road offers a high parking ratio, on-site security and buiding signage. It is close to St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
AIM Laboratories will take up 5,300 square feet at the building, leaving about 39,000 square feet for other medical or office tenants.
