Intelica CRE recently represented The Haas Baking Company in the sale of its 37,683-square-foot building at 9769 Reavis Park Drive in St. Louis.
The site was formerly home to the Haas Bakery, which closed its doors in 2012 after 87 years serving the St. Louis community.
Intelica also represented the building purchaser, the Affton School District. Brokers Gary Parker, Dan Merlo and Johnny Welch spearheaded the transaction.
“The acquisition of this property will allow the Affton School District to expand its footprint in the area, creating a greater learning environment,” Dan Merlo, president of Intelica CRE, in a written statement.
