Interra Realty has announced the closing of 2000 N. Milwaukee in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.
The property was sold for $3.3 million. The seller was a local Chicago bank and the buyer was a private owner. This is the buyer’s seventh acquisition in the area, all within close proximity to the Blue L line. The property is a 17 mixed-use building that was constructed in 2006.
The building is made up of 15 residential units that consist of 12 two bedroom, three one bedroom, and two first-floor commercial units. Units have condo-quality finishes and include in-unit washer and dryer. The property has 15 parking spaces. Brad Feldman of Interra Realty represented both parties to the transaction.
