The firm brokered the sale of 1513 N. Milwaukee in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. The property is a four-unit
condo quality mixed use building with three apartments and retail space on the ground floor. The purchase price was $975,000. The seller was a local bank which took back the property during the foreclosure process. The buyer was a individual investor . The parties to the transaction were represented by Christian Arai, David Goss, and Jon Morgan all of Interra Realty.
In a separate transaction, Interra brokered the sale of 5001 S. Drexel in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood. The property is a 30 unit walkup apartment building. The purchase price was $2.2 million. The seller was a real estate venture fund. The buyer was a local property management and investment group looking to increase their Hyde Park portfolio. The buyer and seller were represented by David Goss and Jon Morgan both of Interra Realty.
