Interra Realty has closed a 21 unit multifamily property at 6715-21 N. Hermitage in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. James Clough and Joe Smazal, managing partners at the firm, closed the deal worth $1.54 million which was 98 percent of list price.
Interra represented both the buyer and seller of this courtyard property built in the 1960s. The building is made up of one-bedroom units.
“We obtained five offers in the first two weeks for the property owner of this rare courtyard property from the 60s. That is indicative of the robust real estate market we’re seeing in Chicago as well as our proactive marketing efforts,” said James Clough.
