The sale price was $1.15 million which represented a 6.9 percent capitalization rate. Managing Partners Joe Smazal and James Clough of Interra represented the seller.
The unit mix includes 5 retail spaces, 10 studio apartments, and 8 one-bedroom apartments.
This closing represents the 13th property sold by Clough and Smazal in Northwest Chicago in the last 12 months. The pair has also been active in other urban and suburban markets.
