Interra Realty has sold a 26 unit multifamily property at 3215-21 North Keating Avenue in Chicago’s Kilbourn Park neighborhood. James Clough and Joe Smazal, managing partners at the firm, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
The property sold for $2.425 million ($93,269/unit), which was 97 percent of the list price. The building is made up of 26 two-bedroom units and had been owned by the seller for almost 25 years.
“We had the property on the market for less than two weeks and a creative deal structure allowed us to close three weeks after coming to an agreement on price and term. The deal accomplished our seller’s objectives and the property was a great fit for the buyer’s portfolio,” said Joe Smazal.
