Interra Realty closed on a $5.1 million commercial property at 1530-32 N. Damen Ave. in the Chicago neighborhood of Wicker Park on Nov. 30.
Chicago-based firm Northpond Partners, LLC purchased the vintage 1904 building from North Avenue Day Nursery, a nonprofit organization.
Interra Realty brokers Jon Morgan and David Goss, both managing principals, and James Clough, managing partner, represented both the buyer and seller in the deal.
