Interra Realty has brokered the sale of a seven-unit vintage apartment building at 1509 West Bryn Mawr in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood for $893K ($128K/unit). The three-story walk up is made up of two-bedroom, one-bathroom units. Director Craig Martin represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.
“The property’s proximity to high-end shops and restaurants on North Clark Street in this popular city neighborhood was a major selling point. The buyers see a major value-add opportunity through a full gut rehab and view this Andersonville asset as a long-term hold,” said Martin.
