Interra Realty has sold two multi-family properties in the Wicker Park neighborhood totaling more than $3 million. Brokers representing both the buyers and sellers were Justin Ross, managing partner, and Ray Tiernan, associate, at Interra.

The eight-unit apartment building at 1420 W. Blackhawk sold for $1.265 million and has five 2-bedroom/1-bath units and three 3-bedroom/2-bath units. The 10-unit apartment building at 1414 N. Noble sold for $1.81 million and has seven 2-bedroom/1-bath units and three 2-bedroom/2-bath duplex units.

“The purchasers of these two buildings own other properties in Wicker Park and surrounding neighborhoods. With some economy of scale built in, they are capitalizing on the high rents achievable when offering renovated units and superior products,” said Justin Ross.
