Interra Realty has rebranded the firm’s identity to reflect its expanded market position of multi-family, mixed-use, office and retail brokerage in the greater Chicago area. Interra plans to open offices in two new markets within the next six to 12 months and is currently negotiating space in one of the markets. The commercial real estate firm has grown its team of professional brokers nearly 200% to 16 brokers since last year and expects to double that due to increased sales.
To mark the rebranding efforts, Interra is launching a new website and logo – www.interrarealty.com. The site provides more robust property listings, additional information and increased services for real estate clients and interested buyers and sellers. Clients can now view listings with real time updates on available properties and also track closed transactions. The site has been optimized for viewing on smart phones and tablets to meet the demands of clients and tech savvy real estate investors.
