Interra Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment services firm, announced it has hired Kevin Rahmanim as associate. In this role, Rahmanim will help Interra build on its significant growth, including $445 million in transactions executed in 2021, up from $270 million in 2020 and $200 million in 2019.
Prior to joining Interra, Rahmanim was a national account executive with Travelers Haven, a Denver-based corporate housing company. He also spent six years as a leasing consultant at one of Chicagoland’s leading property management companies, ICM Properties, Inc., where he became proficient in operating multifamily investment properties.
At Interra, Rahmanim will work under Senior Managing Partner Brad Feldman, with a focus on market analysis, asset valuation and business development.
A licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Rahmanim graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in management.
