The property was originally built in 1959 as the Hebrew Home for the Aged. Today, the property consists of 17 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, 32 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units, 36 three-bedroom/1.5-bathroom duplex units and one four-bedroom/two-bathroom unit.
The property also features a social room and gym.
