Cushman & Wakefield‘s team of David Stokes and Boston Weir represented CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. in the $7.8M sale of the 154,481 square-foot Broadway Building Center to Interstate Development.
The four flex buildings are located off Stinson Blvd. and Broadway in Minneapolis. Broadway Building Center is currently 90 percent occupied with tenants, which include: CSC ServiceWorks, Grimmspeed, Ryder Logistics, Fairview Health Services and the Star Tribune.
