Colliers International’s Indiana Region added a new team of investment and multi-family professionals, expanding this specialty for the Indianapolis-based commercial real estate services firm.
The team is led by Michael Wernke, senior vice president of investment and multi-family Services. Other team members are Cory Detamore, associate; Evan Bryant, associate; and Maria Stein, marketing coordinator.
With more than 36 years of combined experience, the Wernke Team has completed nearly 200 investment transactions in excess of $600 million in Indiana and other Midwest markets.
