Veteran investment banker Craig Theis recently joined Minneapolis’ Dougherty & Company as a vice president in public finance.
Theis brings more than 11 years of experience in public finance and real estate finance to his new position. He recently worked as vice president of public investment banking for a national investment banking firm.
Theis specializes in the organization and execution of tax-exempt and taxable bonds and loans for senior living, skilled nursing, multi-family and commercial real estate transactions.
